Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Traceback website and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Traceback ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Traceback is a community-driven web platform that helps users report, search for, and recover lost items. The Service provides tools for submitting lost and found item listings, browsing reports, and connecting finders with owners. The Service is provided solely as a tool to facilitate these connections and does not guarantee the recovery of any item.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to any individual with a valid account. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. 4.1 Lost & Found Submissions
The Service facilitates the submission, browsing, and management of lost and found item listings. All submissions are subject to review and the Company reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.

We collect and process personal and usage data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to its terms.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
